Big Bore Cylinder Kit for the 850

100% bolt-on kit requiring no additional machining. This kit can be installed with the motor still in the frame and uses your stock heads. Head work and cams are available. This kit is a perfect option for top end rebuilds or performance upgrade. Our 975cc kits can be installed on Can-am ATV 850cc Outlanders and Renegades. Fuel/Air tuning is required after kit install.
We have integrated the sleeve into the cylinder deck, for added support of this very large bore size. Our CNC custom liners guarantee a perfect fit and the strongest assembly possible. No welding is done to the cylinders to brace the liners, and larger water jackets are also CNC milled into the cylinders for max cooling. Like all of our other kits, these kits are torque plate honed, and are designed for those that want the very best in quality and greatest horse power gain, along with the longest life.
